Dispatch for the Working Structure Fire
Mon. Jun 27th 2016

The afternoon of June 27 was a hot one in more ways than one. After an initial dispatch of smoke from under a deck, things escalated quickly to a fully involved structure fire. Asst. Chief 48 was the first to arrive and had heavy fire coming from the three sides of the structure. Chief 48 arrived and upgraded the call to a full second alarm with the addition of the Tanker Task Force. Crews from 48, 32, and 49 Fire worked throughout the day to bring the blaze under control. A huge thank you goes out to all of the responding companies for your help battling both the heat and the blaze.
